Site visit & Planning
Following on from our initial consultation, if you would like to proceed any further, the next step would be to arrange a site visit.
We will visit your venue to assess the space, positioning, and practical requirements, ensuring every detail is considered before moving forward. This will eliminate any unforeseen issues when it comes to the big day itself! This is therefore a vital part of the planning process.
Design & Styling
Now all plans and concreted in and everything is booked, we will create a tailored layout and aesthetic to suit your requirements. From structure and flow to lighting, furniture and finishing touches.
We use a professional 3D rendering software and our expertise to bring your vision to life, enabling you to immerse yourself ahead of time, in what will be the day you have always dreamed of!
Installation & Delivery
We will pre arrange with you an installation date to suit your plans, which is typically 2-3 days before the big day. This allows plenty of time for the likes of florists to set up and the space to be dressed.
Our professional, friendly and expert team will arrive on time and will work with impeccable attention to detail, ensuring your tent is installed safely, efficiently and with a wow factor end result.
